My wife has a SANSA CLIP MP3 player which worked just fine with iTunes when she first got it about a year ago, but doesn't work with iTunes today. When I connect it to my iMac via the USB cable, the SANSA CLIP appears on the desktop as a storage device, but is not recognized by iTunes. (My iPod Touch is recognized by iTunes when I connect it to the iMac.) I cannot find anything in the iTunes Preferences tabs that seems likely to help me. I contacted SanDisk support, and they said it was nothing they could help with. Any ideas?
